CNC machining with copper solves many engineering challenges. Copper is a ductile, malleable metal with high corrosion resistance, capable of producing complex shapes and intricate designs. With proper tooling and techniques, copper can be precision-machined into gear wheels, brackets, electrical connectors, electronic components, and more. SHBD Metal offers comprehensive copper CNC machining services. Our machines feature the latest tools and technology for optimal results, including drills, mills, reamers, and taps for accurate machining. Our experienced team applies expert CNC programming for complex copper parts, and our deep knowledge of copper properties ensures optimal machining parameters for every application.
Copper C101 is an Oxygen-Free Electronic (OFE) copper, 99.99% pure with only 0.0005% oxygen content and 101% IACS conductivity. This premium-grade material is prized for its exceptional purity. Processed in a controlled oxygen-free environment, it is among the highest-quality copper grades available.
C110 copper is valued for its malleability, ductility, and thermal/electrical conductivity. This 99.9% pure grade offers 101% IACS conductivity. Its corrosion resistance and formability suit applications from electrical wiring to sculptures, with an attractive reddish-pink appearance. Available in 1/8 H and 1/4 H tempers, both resistant to annealing effects.
