Stainless Steel 17-4

Stainless Steel 18-8

Stainless Steel 303

As-Machined

The standard as-machined finish preserves the natural surface texture left by cutting tools. Visible tool marks may be present. This economical option is suitable for parts where surface appearance is not critical. Surface roughness typically ranges from Ra 1.6–3.2 μm.

Bead-Blasted

Bead blasting creates a uniform matte or satin surface texture by bombarding the part with fine glass or ceramic beads under pressure. It removes light surface imperfections and produces a consistent, non-reflective finish ideal for industrial and functional components.
