Raw Materials

Tube, pipe, sheet, plate, bar, strip, profile and foil in stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and nickel alloy — the stock forms that feed machining, forming and fabrication. Grades, tempers and stock are confirmed per order.

Stainless Steel Products

The chromium oxide layer does the work, so stainless survives cleaning regimes that strip a coated or painted finish. The forms below cover structure, flow, enclosures and stamped parts.

Aluminum Products

The forms differ more than they look: an extrusion is a constant cross-section, sheet is formed and welded, bar is machined, and foil is a barrier rather than a structure. Picking the right form early avoids machining a shape that could have been extruded.

Standard Aluminum Profile

Standard Aluminum Profile

A catalog cross-section cut from a die that already exists, so there is no tooling cost and the geometry is fixed by the supplier. The fastest route when a stock section fits.

Customized Aluminum Extrusion Profile

Customized Aluminum Extrusion Profile

A section cut to a die made for the part, used when no catalog profile does the job. The die is paid for once and then the cost per meter depends on how much you run.

Aluminum Foil

Aluminum Foil

Thin rolled sheet used as a barrier, a conductor or a thermal shield rather than a structural material. At this gauge it creases, takes a set, and is usually laminated or coated before use.

Aluminum Bar

Aluminum Bar

Solid bar in round, square and flat sections for machined parts where weight and cutting speed both matter. Aluminum removes fast, so the temper you choose shapes the finish more than the feed rate.

Aluminum Round Pipe

Aluminum Round Pipe

Round pipe for frames, ducts and sleeves where a circular section is the right shape and low weight is the point. Round is the cheapest way to get stiffness in bending per kilogram.

Aluminum Square Pipe

Aluminum Square Pipe

Square and rectangular pipe for structures that need a flat face to bolt against. Brackets land cleanly and corners close without extra machining.

Anodized Aluminum Sheet

Anodized Aluminum Sheet

Sheet with the oxide layer already grown into the surface, so the finish is part of the metal instead of a coating on top of it. That is why it does not chip off at an edge.

Aluminum Perforated Sheet

Aluminum Perforated Sheet

Sheet pierced in a pattern for ventilation, screening, acoustics and guards. Hole size, open area and margin are the specification: change one and stiffness and airflow change with it.

Aluminum Mirror Sheet

Aluminum Mirror Sheet

Sheet with a specular finish for reflectors, light fixtures and interior surfaces that want the look of glass without the weight. The finish survives only as well as the handling allows.

Aluminum Circle

Aluminum Circle

Blanks blanked from coil for drawn, spun and deep-drawn parts. Buying the circle pre-cut avoids the scrap a square sheet leaves behind, and diameter plus thickness decide how far the part can draw.

Carbon Steel Products

Carbon steel is the right answer whenever the environment does not demand an alloy. The pressure-vessel specifications below carry a paper trail with them, so the grade and certification are confirmed per order before anything is cut.

Carbon Steel Pipe

Carbon Steel Pipe

Pipe for mechanical, structural and process duty where strength and cost matter more than corrosion resistance. The wall schedule sets the pressure rating, and the surface condition is specified at the same time.

A53 Steel Pipe

A53 Steel Pipe

ASTM A53 covers black and hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe in seamless and welded construction for mechanical and pressure applications. Seamless or welded, bare or galvanized, is part of the ordering description.

Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting

Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting

Elbows, tees, reducers and caps for joining pipe runs without changing the specification of the line. A fitting is quoted against the pipe it joins, because a mismatch is where leaks start.

Pressure Vessel Steel

Pressure Vessel Steel

Plate for vessel shells, heads and nozzles, ordered to the specification that applies to the design conditions. It is bought with its certification, not just its dimensions.

View details
ASTM A285 Steel Plate

ASTM A285 Steel Plate

Low and intermediate tensile strength carbon steel plate for pressure vessels, used where the vessel does not need high strength and good weldability matters more.

View details
ASTM A516 Steel Plate

ASTM A516 Steel Plate

Carbon steel plate for pressure vessels in moderate and lower temperature service, where notch toughness is part of the requirement rather than an extra.

View details
ASTM A537 Steel Plate

ASTM A537 Steel Plate

Heat-treated carbon-manganese-silicon plate for pressure vessels that need higher strength at low temperature. The plate is supplied heat treated, so its condition is part of the spec.

Nickel Alloy Products

We would rather leave the family empty than publish grades we cannot stand behind. If you have a nickel alloy requirement, send the specification and we will tell you what can be sourced.

Product line in preparation. Nickel and nickel-alloy stock is being set up as a product line. No sub-categories yet, and no grade list is published until the supply is confirmed.

What We Need to Quote Material

No grade list is published here on purpose: what we can supply changes with mill availability, and a quote is the only honest answer to “can you get this?”

Need a material, grade or form that is not listed? Send the specification, quantity and any certification requirement and we will come back with what we can supply.
